GAMIFICATION INTERACTIVE CONTENT, PROJECTION ON WATER, SPORTS AND TECHNOLOGY


Throwing Light on Water

Venom Design NY invited us to create custom interactive content for AMEX Rally on the River US Open. VVOX developed interactive drawing engines corresponding to the tennis ball, racket movements, and hits.

In real-time rendered content representing fluid dynamics, explosions and particle simulations was seamlessly projected by four 20K Barco Projectors onto a massive 40x60-foot wall of cascading water. The event took place at Pier 97 Hudson River Park.


Engaging The Audience Through Gamification

Our visuals were implemented in a custom built program developed by Elburz Sorkhabi . The interactive gamification experience was played between professional tennis all-stars and celebrities, including John Isner vs. Monica Puig, and with movie star comedian Kevin James. American Express guests who had the “glowing” tennis ball also got first hand- VIP experience to play this immersive game like the pros.
